Since 2007, Commissioner Robert “Bob” Moss has served as a Board Commissioner and our Board Treasurer. His steady leadership, unwavering professionalism, and commitment to our community helped Bexar County ESD No. 3 become the highly rated department it is today.

Throughout his tenure, Bob has demonstrated a steadfast dedication to public service and the mission of protecting the citizens we serve. His extensive experience and willingness to mentor others have made a lasting impact on the District and the many colleagues who have had the privilege of working alongside him.
